CSS Staff, Careproviders, & Persons Served have the right to make a grievance about any aspect of Community Support Service’s operation or services.  Individuals receiving care are strongly encouraged to express any dissatisfaction with services, or if they feel that their rights (or the rights of another) have been violated.
